About this competition

The 2019 CEEMC marked the 25th anniversary of the competition, and to celebrate this achievement, the competition took place in the most incredible venue of all: the Court of Justice of the EU itself!

The CEEMC 2019 took place from Thursday 2nd May to Sunday 5th May in Luxembourg. Many thanks from the organising committee to all the participants this year, and a huge congratulations to the Zagreb University, this year’s winners, and Kyiv Mohyla Academy, their competitors in the final round! We wish Zagreb university participants a wonderful trip to Cambridge and London as part of their prize. We also extend a big congratulations to Julia Jeleńsk (University of Warsaw), whose best speaker prize will take her to the Cabinet of Eleanor Sharpston AG for a stage, and to Anna Yatsyshyn (Kyiv Mohyla Academy), whose best speaker prize will take her to the Cabinet of Judge Arabadjiev for a stage, both at the CJEU!

The results can be downloaded here.

We will post details shortly on the dates and venues for the competition in 2020!
